You must be the coolest person.
Usually i don’t mind reposts, but this picture has already been everywhere for weeks…
I really don’t understand when people complain about reposts. Memebase is providing a service here by collecting funny meme pictures for everyone. They have no obligation that the pictures they post here must be new and that they most post it before other comedy websites do.
I say, to anybody who has ever hated on reposts, either don’t read Memebase or appreciate the pleasure the site gives you regardless of reposts.
When I sit “correctly” my back hurts like hell. Is this normal?
It simply means that an Alien is going to pop out of your back very soon…. drown yourself to save the human race.
Yep, it´s because sitting “correctly” is not the best for your back. There are studies, which say that sitting in a 45° postition is best…
If you are the Hunchback of Memebase, then yes, yes it is.
Seriously. Try laying down with a couple of stiffer pillows under the apex (height of the arch) of your upper back. Try to stretch the base of your neck to as close to the ground as possible and it should stretch the apex by lining up the vertebrae.
Joke all you want but we live in a culture dominated by the computer chair and troll-posture. We gotta protect ourselves or we will beat grandma to scoliosis and that classic hunchback look at 35.
yes, “correctly” is nonsense, even the most “damaging” position that doesn’t hurt right away need u to stay there for a long time, so just shift around, swing ur feet around, spin on ur chair and ur fine
what is so weird about this? i do it on my bed all the time.
Ok I’ll admit, I lol’d
That’s the most incredibly uncomfortable way to use a laptop
At least the laptop is well ventilated
Not if the fan is on the right side of the laptop…
you can see the fan on the bottom…
Thats me half the time
Posture isn’t something to really mess around with. I have been having some issues with my head/neck (it has to do with the spine) and poor posture will make the pain worse and aggravate muscles. You might not have the issues I have but you might end up messing something up. You don’t have to sit perfect but try to be safe please ^_^.

I wear a corset. Problem, posture?
That’s funny cause there’s no girls on the internet.
^ i see what you did there
There’s one fatal issue with the “Correct posture” poster.
The being at the computer is female.
I thought I was the only one who sat like that
That child is ace.
