Actually no, it is acceptable outside; differences in Am. Eng. and regular Eng. and differences in style, terms and conditions, etc. And i had noticed the punctuation differences but seeing how he hadn’t even bothered with a full stop, i’m gonna say that isn’t what he was pointing out.
Actually, pokewarrior was pointing out that there was no period in the original meme which was being referenced in the misquote above him. In that respect, he is correct.

How much toilet paper do you need to wipe? if you’re taking a poo then yes I can see this being a small problem, but for just going pee? Not so much… Just take a good wipe with what you have and hold it in so you can get more from your closet or wherever you store it! And that toilet paper looks like a paper towel. Just sayin.

Yeah, I feel pretty stupid, but I don’t fully get it either. What the hell is the point of the Saw comic? -and all that faffing about after “fake toilet paper. lol!”?
The point is, when the roommate goes to the toilet, he probably needs to poop badly, but there’s only the fake toilet paper. He reads the Saw comic, which says he has to find the toilet paper (the key) in order to save himself. That’s it.
