It’s one of those magic eye things. You gotta look THROUGH the picture, that’s the trick. This one isn’t very well made, but I can see that it’s supposed to be trollface.
Thin lines just don’t work well in stereograms.
Also they should have made it a screamer. Some people stick theys face into the screen to view that, it would have won if trollface “jumped” right in their face!

I always end up seing magic eye pictures in reverse. The part that is supposed to stick out, is inverted and goes further into the picture and the flat background parts stick out.
